Clarinet Mouthpiece Bore Sizes

Since I’m busy blueprinting everything I get my hands on to better understand
clarinet acoustics related to bore design, barrel design, mouthpiece design,
bell design and everything in between … I though I would provide some of that
information regards mouthpieces to the general public. This will
show some of the variances between mpcs and, in the case I blueprint the same
model mpc, between mpcs
Lengths are in millimeters (mm). I’ve also take measurements of the
throat, the baffle measurements as it goes from the tip to the throat and other
measurements. These are probably the most interesting that are
understandable. Come back from time to time for more mouthpieces and
information on how those measurements can affect how the mouthpiece “works” in
relation to other measurements.
