Bass Clarinet Mouthpiece Suggestions

I am purchasing a bass clarinet and am looking for mouthpieces but I have no idea where to start. I am a clarinet/sax player but have not played bass in 34 years so I don't remember what I played in H.S. and college.

Personally? I've never had the budget to buy my own bass clarinet mouthpiece, so it was just me using whatever was in the case. Then I played Bb contra .

Walter Grabner is my bass clarinet mouthpiece make of choice, but they are pricey. There are some really nice less expensive ones like Hite and Forbes on eBay occasionally. But it is nice to actually try one before you buy. Does your local music store sell any used mouthpieces?
