Can someone help me identify a clarinet model of my late fathers?

Hi there, hoping people with knowledge here can help me out. Been cleaning out my parents home for an estate sale and came across a LeBlanc Noblet clarinet. Its quite dusty but in its case. I found a serial number of 7828D but am having a hard time figuring out the model? I tried to online but am hitting a road block. Any advice or suggestions on how to identify would be immensely appreciated!! Also where is the best place to sell one of these?? I attached a few photographs.

Please note: if there are reeds in the case, don't use them. You can wash out the mouthpiece with WARM water and mild dish soap. I have this "organic" dish soap called "Seventh Generation" and it's perfect for this sort of thing. Hey, it's mild enough to use on my glasses. If you prefer, soak the mouthpiece in non-alcohol-based mouthwash.

I think it's a Noblet Model 40, based on the serial number, only -- I'm not terribly good at identifying clarinets. That'd probably make this a 1950ish clarinet.

I also think it's interesting that the top joint has considerably less wear than the rest of the instrument. I wouldn't be overly surprised if the top joint is a replacement. You might be able to check to see if the serial number is on both the upper and lower joint.
