This horn's not a Conn design. "D.N" could be "Denis Noblet." I don't know if they sold Sarrusophones, though. I'll check up on the maker's mark eventually.

Guatrot-Marquet Bb Bass Sarrusophone: $4916. Sold in 2016. Bare brass. Nice shape. This ad's taken from a scam website, but the ads are generally something that's recently been on eBay, so the price is probably valid. (As an example, one of the 16Vs from the above list is also on that website.)
