Pierret curved soprano

Hello, i found this horns, not condition to play, for 350€ i bought this because i was curious to have one curved soprano Pierret.

I didn't know that Pierret made curved soprano, is it rare ???
What is this model exactly

I don't know if it is rare, but it is the first time I have seen one. I imagine its diminuitive size would be fun to play, if restored to playable condition. To identify, it would be helpful to also show the left hand "pinky" (littlest finger) key paddles and the left side bell pads and keywork. Perhaps @Helen or @pete may know more about it.
