It's an early 50s Centered Tone model that has a repaired crack on it.

Familiarize myself with this form yet rules and everything but tonight ask for the value, cuz basically that's really what I'm looking for as-is condition please
 
Probably between $400-600, judging by eBay listings the past few months.
Wow. That's pretty good for a horn that's been banded. I guess I haven't looked at clarinet prices in awhile.

If you're really interested in the horn, find someone that's a better player than you and have him/her play it to see how the intonation is.
